AI agents and business workflow automation

BlindspotLab builds AI agents, workflow automations and internal tools that take repetitive work off a team. We connect the tools a business already uses, and we start by asking whether a task should be automated at all — an agent is not always the answer.

01Who it's for
  • Small and growing businesses repeating the same manual tasks every week.
  • Teams copying information between spreadsheets, inboxes and apps.
  • Founders who want a dependable AI feature or agent inside their own product.
02Problems it solves
  • Hand-offs between tools that rely on someone remembering.
  • Requests that follow the same pattern but are answered by hand each time.
  • AI experiments that never became tools the team trusts.
03Approach

How BlindspotLab approaches it.

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

We document what happens today, who does it, how often, and where it breaks.

  2. 02

    Decide what to automate

Some steps should be automated, some need a person, and some don't need software at all. We recommend which is which before building.

  3. 03

    Build and connect

Integrations, agents and internal tools with defined tasks and limits, and human approval where a decision carries risk.

  4. 04

    Run and maintain

Automations change as the business changes. Care and Evolve keep them working and improve them over time.

04What you can expect

What you receive.

The exact deliverables are fixed in the written scope before work starts.

  • A workflow map and automation plan
  • Integrations between the tools you already use
  • AI agents with defined scope, inputs and limits
  • Internal tools for your team
  • Documentation of how each automation runs and fails safely

Each case study states the studio's role. Studio products are BlindspotLab's own; selected builds belong to their owners.

06How it begins

The first step is a short note.

Describe what you want to build or fix. Mojeeb replies personally; if it's a fit, you agree a written scope before anything is booked.

Start with an automation assessment

Tell us which tasks take the most time. We'll reply with what we'd automate first, what we wouldn't, and how it could be scoped.

07Questions

Common questions.

Does my business need an AI agent?

Not always. Many repetitive tasks are better served by a plain integration or a simple internal tool. We recommend an agent only when a task needs judgement over unstructured input.

Which AI models do you work with?

Gemini, Claude and OpenAI models, directly or through OpenRouter, chosen for the task and its cost.

What happens when the automation gets something wrong?

We design for it: narrow tasks, validation of model output, human approval where a decision carries risk, and logs so problems can be traced.

—Begin

Your idea doesn't need another document. It needs a beginning.

Tell us what you're building, where it stands and what's in the way. You'll hear back from Mojeeb — and if it's a fit, the next step is a written scope, not a sales call.
